i am so happy with the results im seeing on my body with this workout routine! a little tired of the chicken meals, so me and bestie are gonna invest in some tuna steaks and salmon burgers, boca burgers and ground turkey meat...YUMMY! i know, burgers need buns, but the ones we love to use are orowheat sammich thins
and they are delish! i am losing inches, not too sure on the actual weight, but i am slowing melting the belly bulge, which is my main concern. i read up on my favorite make up artist and youtube guru Kandee Johnson and she takes some shakes that i just considered and ordered from Nutiva Organic products and she had also mentioned Maca Powder which helps keep your body healthy in the most natural ways. so i ordered them and they should be coming in soon, can't wait to try it out! im very excited that i am bettering my life one day at a time, now if i can only stop my brain from over thinking so much! oh, if there were only a few more hours in a day....haha.
