there's a new cupcake in town!

Neveah Shirani Maharaj is finally here and she's so purdy!
her proud parents are my cousin Michelle and her handsome honey Ron. I'm so happy for them and me! i get to buy little shoes for our future shoe lover! 

My Diaper Cake Creations

these are just a few of the diaper cakes I've made in the past and there are definitely more to come!

 these are little balloon rattle center pieces made for my cousin Sharon's baby shower

 this is a diaper castle made for my cousin Michelle's baby shower.

 this was Michelle's lady bug center piece.

 this is a butterfly cake Angie and Christina made but i can do similar shape and size.  i had to post because i love it!

 a blanket wrapped cake for my cousin Leena. it also included a travel pack of Johnson & Johnson's baby kit and lollipops made of throw away baby spoons and bibs!

 my cousin Leena also received centerpieces with the lollipop bibs in cute little spring pales.

michelle's baby shower!

my cousin Michelle was having her first baby and it was a girl! we were so happy and had to throw her an awesome first baby shower. she's one of those girls who always took time to get the perfect gift for her little nieces and nephews, and so my cousins Latika, Angie and i got together to give Michelle her special day. the pictures below are what came out of our wonderful imaginations.

 this was the overall result of the shower for Neveah Shirani Maharaj.

 the little baby clothes line was made by Michelle's friend Christina and Angie's mom and mother n law as well.

 i made this castle princess cake for baby Neveah. this is part of my Diaper Cake Creations.

 we had real spring flowers in pretty buckets as center pieces and princess balloons, as well as the lady bug centerpieces i had made and a few little pales of yummy candy.

 this modern pink was a hit at the party!

 this is a diaper cake Christina made and Angie designed for the party. beautiful!

 the shower was held at an awesome Indian food buffet, everyone enjoyed it.

a better day...

I've been stressing so much over small things, that just become so big to me. and i always say such small prayers at random moments in my life. it doesn't take but a quiet time in my busy life to hear God speak in such a bold way. the little things...is what He hears, the little things, that are more important to us than we think...is what He blesses us with, when we least expect it. I'm so proud to be a child of God, to be loved, cherished, comforted, held in hard times as well a good times. He makes me happy. and all things will fit together as they should with the grace of God. keep an open mind and give to the Lord all your worries, and you will be saved from even your own self.

just to get away....

me, sty and Mimi felt like just leaving Stockton and our busy lives, for a day of calm and relaxing. so...we ended up in BODEGA BAY, CA. it was so beautiful out there!

we rode Mimi's R1 out to a secluded pebble beach and just basked in the sun and enjoyed the sound of the waves hitting against the beautiful black rocks, full of mussels glistening in the sun.

we heard the birds flying over head and the picture perfect views were indescribable when looking up into the beautiful breath taking sky....i so needed that mini vacation to take away the many thoughts of depression that held tight to my reigns.

beauty...none can surpass that of what God gives us to admire, the wonderful things in nature get pushed aside because of modern technology (which, ironically i just got the new Samsung Galaxy S for t-mobile and the GPS on it got us there lol), t.v, smart phones, Internet, real communication and learning comes from all things around us...and its beyond beautiful :)

oh dear oh dear...

haven't been on for awhile due to back allergies and just not feeling so cheery these days..but I'm am starting a new day with new commitments and opportunities ahead. myself and Mimi have started school for dental assisting to get away from the current job were in to set a career for ourselves. the "job" we currently have would be great if i didn't have to drive to the bay area to work for a measly wage and risking my life everyday because I'm always falling asleep at the wheel. i also feel miss treated in my work environment and i believe both i and Mimi deserve better, as do most of the people who work so hard at this unfulfilled company.

so, bad news aside, I'm trying to pull out of this depression by starting school this Saturday in Galt ca at the national school of dental assisting, with the most awesome director by the name of Nancy Kher, and teacher/RDA Diane Gray. i feel this is a true answer to my prayers to get my self out of this situation and I'm very blessed my parents agreed to pay for school. i never let them down when i was certified for massage therapy and medical assisting with a 4.0 and on the dean's list. so I'm sure i should do great with this. lets just keep a prayer that both Mimi and i can become successful with this opportunity so we can move further in life. yee!

mimi?....where you at!?!?

Mimi went on a road trip to Seattle WA with our friend Vanessa who wants to start a new life for herself, no worries, Mimi will only be there long enough to move her in and enjoy the sights! both of them have had the opportunity to drive through the beautiful Oregon state right into Seattle and i hope to post some pictures of their adventure soon...but for now, I LOVE AND MISS YOU MIMI! cant wait to see you and get home safely my love! and Vanessa, make the best of it girl! i love you too!

sty the bestie....

since my best friend from high school has returned to my home town, we've been hanging out....a lot! and its always fun times. we went to get our nails done one day, which we chose the ultimate pedicures instead of fake nails due to her nursing and my massage therapy...the result was a beautiful job, i didn't get a chance to get a picture of her flowery purple pretty toes, but i did get my bright pink zebra tips! can't wait for more fun moments at the salon in the near future....

feeling better.....

i have been sick for awhile and my asthma is acting up from my allergies, i do have to get a allergy shot soon because this sickness is not helping me when missing so many days of work. other than that life has been good! i am well loved and i cherish all the people in my life. i hope to get back to working out soon, but my healthy eating habits are doing wonders for the moment..I'll have more reviews on that soon...i had a nice birthday and spent it with people that i love...and also decided that i am going back to school to do better for myself, even if it means to find out that i can't do what i want for a living, I'd take the opportunity either way just to hope i could be more successful than i am today. let's get this party started for the new year and all good things to come!

its been so long!!!

i just got over being very sick..a sinus infection!!! feel much better now...so Xmas was wonderful got to see all my fam and friends...i love giving all year round but to see the faces of my loved ones open their gifts and enjoy them was priceless. i got more than enough myself hehehe

unfortunately they no longer have the tokidoki headphones for skull candy but i got the second best...PAUL FRANK!!! i loves it! Mimi gave it to me..

Mimi also got me this AWESOME purse with a nerdy hello kitty on it...I ADORE IT!
