This is the meal i take in during the monday through friday work week. i wake up for work and have a lean shake from GNC (chocolate and vanilla bean are the best!) gnc.com
Then i have a meal or meal replacement (full of good carbs and protein) every 3 hours. so ill have some chicken/fish (baked) and brown rice (1/2 cup) similiar to the picture below.
the lean shake will follow again, and then again with the chicken/fish meal with veggies will follow twice every 3 hours. my last meal is a shake right after my evening cardio classes. this plan was set up by a cousin of mine who works as a nutritionist at 24 Fitness, and he is doing wonders with his body, and i am sure it will be the same for me and any others who are willing to try this. i also take a woman's muiltivitamin and omegas 3's.
